Pol Gen Aswin Kwanmuang said during a visit to the estate on Wednesday that three of the five markets there were operating illegally. The other two markets had commercial licences and goods could be sold there, he saidThe three markets without proper licences would be closed down. Tawatchai Thaikeo, permanent secretary for justice, posted on his Facebook account that the issue was about the quality of law enforcement.
